By accessing or using the Olunix website (olunix.com) and the Vantage platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Olunix (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Olunix provides AI-powered positioning and growth tools for startups through the Vantage platform, as well as consulting services. The Service includes but is not limited to: positioning audits, audience analysis, strategy modules, brand kit generation, and growth playbooks.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Vantage offers both a free tier and a paid subscription plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Olunix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the platform.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, audits, and other outputs. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olunix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
