By accessing or using the Olunix website (olunix.com) and the Olunix platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Olunix (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Olunix provides AI-powered positioning and growth tools for startups through its platform, as well as consulting services. The Service includes but is not limited to: positioning audits, audience analysis, strategy modules, brand kit generation, and growth playbooks.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Olunix offers both a free tier and a paid subscription plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Olunix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to the License You Grant Us below, you retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the platform.
When you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide any content, data, information, or material to the Service (including business inputs, website URLs, brand assets, prompts, text, images, audio, files, waitlist details, email address, phone number, and related metadata) (your “Submissions”), you grant Olunix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, transmit, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, and publicly perform your Submissions, for any of the following purposes:
The license survives termination of your account with respect to (i) Submissions already used to produce our aggregated or de-identified data, (ii) Submissions retained in backups or logs during normal backup and log-rotation cycles, and (iii) any Submissions we are required to retain by law.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Submissions do not violate any third party’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and do not violate any law. You are solely responsible for your Submissions and for the consequences of submitting them.
When you join a waitlist or subscribe to product-launch notifications through the Service (including at olunix.com/waitlist), you are giving express written consent for Olunix to contact you at the email address and phone number you provide.
Email. You consent to receive account, transactional, waitlist, product-launch, and marketing emails from Olunix. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, without affecting transactional or account emails necessary to operate the Service.
SMS and MMS. You consent to receive SMS and MMS text messages from Olunix (including messages sent through an automatic dialing system) about the Olunix launch, cohort access, product updates, related offers, and marketing. Message frequency will vary based on your activity and the launch schedule. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP to a message from Olunix, after which you will receive one final confirmation message. For help, text HELP or email contact@olunix.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
The Service uses artificial intelligence. Olunix is an AI-powered platform. Substantial portions of the recommendations, drafts, audits, positioning statements, brand assets, images, audio, video scripts, and other outputs the Service produces are generated or assisted by large language models and other generative AI systems (currently including Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Vision, Language, Search, and Document Intelligence, and related model providers). Where the Service surfaces output to you, you should assume the output is AI-generated unless we explicitly state otherwise. This notice is intended to satisfy transparency obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) and comparable laws.
AI outputs may be wrong. AI systems can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date, biased, fabricated, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable output, and the same input may produce different output on different occasions. Nothing generated by the Service should be treated as legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing every output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any AI output before you use, publish, send, post, transmit, or otherwise rely on it, including any content that Olunix prepares for publication on your behalf on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, or your own website. You bear all risk of relying on AI-generated output.
No warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olunix disclaims all warranties regarding AI outputs, including any warranty of accuracy, non-infringement, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Olunix is not responsible for any decision you make, any content you publish, or any harm you or a third party suffer based on AI output from the Service.
Prohibited AI uses. You may not use the Service, and you may not use any AI output from the Service, to (i) violate the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person; (ii) generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that facilitates violence or discrimination; (iii) impersonate any person or entity; (iv) train, fine-tune, benchmark, or otherwise build competing AI models; or (v) attempt to reverse-engineer the models, prompts, or systems underlying the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olunix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
