By submitting your phone number you are giving express written consent for Olunix to send you SMS and MMS messages about the product, launch timing, cohort access, related updates, and promotional offers, sent by an automatic dialing system where applicable. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

AI Processing Data
Olunix is an AI-powered platform. When you use Olunix, we send your submitted content (including business inputs, brand assets, URLs, and any text or media you provide) to large language models and other AI systems for analysis, generation, and formatting. Our current AI processing providers include Microsoft Azure OpenAI (GPT-family models and image models), Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (text-to-speech), and Microsoft Azure AI Vision, Language, Search, and Document Intelligence. Under our contracts with these providers, your submitted content is used to generate your results and is not used by the provider to train foundation models. Prompts and completions may be transiently logged by the provider for abuse-monitoring purposes before being deleted per the provider’s stated retention window.
We may use your submitted inputs and the AI outputs generated for you to operate the Service, improve our prompts, evaluate model quality, debug issues, and generate aggregated or de-identified analytics. Aggregated or de-identified information (data from which you can no longer be personally identified) may be retained and used indefinitely for any lawful purpose.

Olunix uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and generative AI systems, throughout the Service. Content, recommendations, drafts, images, audio, and other outputs you receive from Olunix are, in whole or in part, generated by AI. Where we surface AI outputs to you, you should assume they are AI-generated unless we explicitly state otherwise.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before using, publishing, sending, or otherwise relying on it. Do not treat AI outputs as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22. If we introduce any such automated decision-making in the future, we will update this policy and give you the opportunity to obtain human review of the decision, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
