About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Olunix Inc. ("Olunix", "we") for the use of olunix.com and the Olunix web app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you are allowed to.

The Service is for business use only. You must be 18 or over to use it.

What Olunix does

• You give Olunix your company's website address. Olunix reads that website and public social profiles linked to it, and writes a company brief.
• Olunix then uses AI to write draft posts and scripts for the platforms you choose, such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok, and on paid plans other channels such as Reddit, search content and ads, with new drafts each morning.
• Your Library holds your brief and the facts about your company. You can confirm, edit or remove them. Drafts are written from it.
• OVIX is an AI assistant in the app. It answers questions about your company information and can suggest or revise drafts.
• You can choose to connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Reddit, read-only.

Nothing is posted automatically. Olunix never posts to your social accounts and never changes your website. "Copy and open" only opens the platform's own composer with your text ready to post.

Beta

Olunix is in private beta. Features may change, be limited or stop, and the Service may have errors. The beta is provided as is.

Service availability

We work to keep Olunix available, but we do not promise it will always be running or free of errors. It may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or updates.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at contact@olunix.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share beta access with others.

Your content and the websites you submit

You keep ownership of everything you give us: your website address, facts, answers, edits and messages ("Your Content").

When you submit a website, you confirm that you are allowed to submit it and to have it read, for example because it is your company's site. Olunix reads the public pages of the website you ask it to read.

You give Olunix permission to use Your Content to run the Service for you, and to improve the Service, including developing and training our own AI models, as described in our Privacy policy. To opt out of model training, email contact@olunix.com. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law and information that no longer identifies you.

AI-generated drafts

Olunix uses AI to write every draft, to power OVIX, and to review drafts before you see them. OVIX is an AI system, not a person.

• AI can be wrong. It can misstate facts, miss context or write text similar to other text. You must review every draft before you post it, and you are responsible for what you post.
• When a draft includes a figure Olunix has no source for, it asks you to fill it in or confirm it before you can copy it. Olunix does not promise that every number in a draft is correct.
• Olunix may look at publicly published posts as general style references. Drafts are newly written, but you must not post anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Who owns the drafts

As between you and Olunix, you own the drafts and other content written for you, to the extent the law allows, and you may use them as you like. Olunix keeps no right to publish them. In some countries, AI-written text may not be protected by copyright, and similar text may be produced for others.

Your responsibilities

• Review every draft before posting, and make sure what you post is accurate and lawful.
• Follow the rules of each platform you post to, including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok and Instagram, including any rule to disclose AI-assisted or promotional content.
• Only submit websites and information you are allowed to use.
• Do not post claims that are false, misleading or defamatory.

What you must not do

• Copy, scrape or automatically extract content or data from the Service.
• Use the Service or its output to build a competing AI product.
• Overload, attack or misuse the Service, including the free tools on our website.
• Try to get around plan limits, security or access controls, or share beta access.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Connected services

If you connect Google, Reddit or another service, or pay through Stripe, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Plans and billing

• Olunix has a Free plan and Olunix Pro at US$30 per month. Prices do not include taxes. Where taxes apply, we will add them and show them before you pay.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Each plan has usage limits, which may change.
• We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
• If you think you should get a refund, email contact@olunix.com and we will review your request.
• During the beta, upgrades may be paused and beta users may be given Pro for free.

Waitlist and messages

If you join the waitlist, we will email you about your access and the launch. To stop these emails, email contact@olunix.com.

To join the waitlist you give a mobile number and agree to receive texts. We will text you by iMessage or SMS only about the Olunix launch and when your access is ready. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Free tools

Free tools on our website, such as website reviews, are provided as is and use AI. Do not submit websites you are not allowed to have reviewed.

Our service and brand

Olunix owns the Service, including its software, design, text and brand. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the Service as allowed here.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Olunix and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing contact@olunix.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your content.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Olunix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
